This website has no user accounts, analytics or cookie-based tracking. Email links open your own email application.
An explicit language choice is saved in your browser's local storage. You can change it in the menu or clear it by removing this site's stored data. On first entry we use your browser language preference. We do not look up your location to choose a language.
BaneWorks processes your contact form name, company, email and message to answer your enquiry and prepare the estimate you request. Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions and may also process technical access logs. Do not send sensitive information through the form.

The controller is Janne Mäki, Finland. BaneWorks is an unregistered brand used by the controller. Enquiry data is retained as needed to handle the matter and meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion at info@baneworks.fi.

Reef Sort: Ocean Puzzle
Reef Sort ei vaadi käyttäjätiliä. Pelin eteneminen ja asetukset tallennetaan paikallisesti käyttäjän laitteelle.
Peli käyttää Google Mobile Ads SDK:ta välimainosten näyttämiseen ja Google User Messaging Platformia (UMP) tietosuojavalintojen hallintaan siellä, missä sitä edellytetään. Mainoksia ei näytetä käynnistyksen yhteydessä tai aktiivisen pulman aikana.
Google Mobile Ads voi kerätä ja jakaa IP-osoitteesta johdettua likimääräistä sijaintia, sovellustapahtumia, diagnostiikkatietoja sekä laite- tai muita tunnisteita. Käsittelyn tarkoituksia ovat mainonta, analytiikka sekä petosten torjunta, tietoturva ja vaatimustenmukaisuus. Tiedot salataan siirron aikana.
Lisätietoja Googlen käsittelystä on Googlen tietosuojakäytännössä. Käyttäjä voi hallita mainonnan tunnistetta Android-laitteen asetuksissa. UMP:n tietosuojavalinnat voi avata Reef Sortin asetuksista, kun Google ilmoittaa niiden olevan käyttäjälle saatavilla.
BaneWorks ei vastaanota eikä säilytä Reef Sortin etenemistietoja palvelimella. Paikallinen eteneminen säilyy laitteella, kunnes käyttäjä nollaa etenemisen sovelluksesta, tyhjentää sovelluksen tiedot tai poistaa sovelluksen. Googlen käsittelemien mainostietojen säilytys ja poistaminen määräytyvät Googlen tietosuojakäytännön ja käyttäjän Google-asetusten mukaan.

Rapid Rivers: account and data deletion
The data controller is Janne Mäki, Finland. BaneWorks is an unregistered brand used by the controller.
In Rapid Rivers 0.36.0 (version code 113), game progress is stored locally on the device and associated with the Google profile used in the game. Cloud game saves, WORLD and FRIENDS are not available in this release.
Google sign-in creates or uses a Rapid Rivers app identity through Firebase Authentication, a Google-operated service; this app identity is separate from your Google Account.
To request deletion of Rapid Rivers app/account data held by the controller or processed on the controller's behalf by a service provider, or to request deletion of selected data, email info@baneworks.fi, preferably from the associated email address. Identify Rapid Rivers and the account or data involved; do not send passwords. The request can include Rapid Rivers data processed by Google or another provider on the controller's behalf. It does not delete your independent Google Account or information Google processes for its own purposes. To remove a local copy, clear Rapid Rivers' app storage in Android settings.
Google Play's Data safety declaration for Rapid Rivers lists data types in these groups: approximate location; name, email address and user IDs; app interactions; crash logs and diagnostics; and device or other IDs. Google Play Console also currently declares that Rapid Rivers contains ads. Depending on the feature or service, data may also be processed to associate progress with a Google profile, provide app functions, or diagnose crashes and reliability issues. The declaration does not mean every type is collected in every version or session. Google services, when used, are also subject to Google's privacy policy.
The retention period for support correspondence is 12 calendar months after a case is closed, unless a specific documented legal obligation requires retention. This period applies to support correspondence; it does not set a deletion deadline for local copies or app data processed by a provider.
